Smudge Sticks

Smudging with White Sage and Palo Santo is a sacred practice that has been used for centuries. When burned, the aromatic smoke is believed to clear away stagnant energy and invite a sense of peace, warmth, and new beginnings.

Instructions for Use:

Prepare your space: open windows and doors to allow smoke and energy to exit.

Light the stick: hold at a 45 degree angle and light the tip. Let it burn for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame to produce smoke.

Waft the smoke: use your hand to guide the smoke around yourself, your space, or an object whist setting an intention.

Extinguish safely: gently press the burning end into a fireproof bowl until completely extinguished.

WARNING: Never leave burning or smouldering materials unattended. Keep away from children, pets and flammable objects. Always burn in a well ventilated area on a stable surface. Use a heatproof dish to catch ash and extinguish embers.
