What is Eco Resin?

The material I cast with is 100% Australian made and owned eco resin. It is classed as a non-dangerous good, it is free from VOCs and is not a crystalline silica hazard.

Is my eco resin piece vegan?

The eco resin itself is absolutely vegan friendly. Please note however some products are finished with wax polish and any containing seashell terrazzo are not considered vegan.

Can I use my eco resin piece for food? And is it microwave and dishwasher safe?

No. It’s not food safe, even though it’s sealed. It’s not microwave or dishwasher safe.

Can I burn a candle on it?

Yes, these pieces are heat resistant to very high temperatures, making them safe to use as candle holders. Please note that open flames may leave permanent burn marks, I’d suggest not burning the candle to the end of its life to avoid damaging your piece. Remember to never leave a candle to burn unattended.

How do I clean my eco resin piece?

Gently wipe clean with a soft damp cloth as soon as possible.

Will it have bubbles in it?

All my items are hand crafted in small batches and I do my best to minimize the amount of bubbles however due to the nature of the product its highly likely that there will be bubbles present.

How long does it take to create my custom order?

It takes 5-7days to complete a custom order and have it ready to ship. This allows time for casting, setting, curing, sealing, drying and packing.

What’s your shipping schedule like?

If your item is in stock it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Custom made to order items will ship within 2 weeks.
